No machine is without the occasional error or need for programming, that’s why you can reach us anytime and it is our pleasure to offer an array of excellent services to assist you with your business. Please be aware that all prices are estimates and subject to change depending on the type of system.

With our new customer portal, accessible at the top of our website, our customers are now able to view their account information and service history, order supplies and even submit service issues and payment to us 24/7 via a personalized login.

Programming, Installation, Training

  • FEE PER MACHINE: VARIES

    Minimum Charge: 1 Hour
    For Any Call Over 30 Minutes

    It’s not easy to learn a language, much less program in one. That is why we will program and install your machine and even teach you and your staff how to get the most out of your point of sale system.
  • Phone Support

  • FEE PER HOUR: $50.00-75.00
    Finding service can be as fast as dialing our number and it’s good to know that help is only a phone call away. With all our expertise and resources, we may be able to:
  • Walk you through simple problems or programming.
  • Log into your computer-based POS system to resolve many simple software and hardware issues.
  • Answer any questions you may have.
  • Shop Service

  • FEE PER HOUR: $60.00-80.00

    Minimum Charge: 1 Hour

    Should your machine be feeling the stresses of business life, our Ontario office is open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm for walk-ins and drop-offs.
  • Any equipment left for diagnosis, programming or repair MUST be accompanied by a $60 Non-Refundable Estimate Fee. If estimate is approved, we will apply the fee towards the repair charges.

  • On-Site Service

  • FEE PER HOUR: $75.00-125.00

    Minimum Charge: 1 Hour

  • 24/7 Emergency Service

  • FEE PER HOUR: $125.00-250.00

    Minimum Charge: 1 Hour
